• Handcrafted jewellery may slightly vary from images due to screen display, lighting, or manual finishing.
• Each item’s purity and weight is verified prior to shipment and noted on the invoice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Pricing is linked with current bullion market rates and is subject to change at any time without notice.
• We accept payments through bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and secure online payment gateways.

5. Order Processing & Cancellations

• Once your order is placed, a confirmation is sent via SMS or email.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days if payment was made.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom-made items (including engraving, resizing, or personalized designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Advance payment may be required. Final approval will be taken before dispatch.

7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, unworn, and undamaged items only.
• Exchange is available only in case of manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Custom-made, discounted, altered, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days; standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
• Tracking information is shared via SMS/email once shipped.
• We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses.

9. Live Pricing Disclaimer

• Gold and silver rates are dynamic and tied to international markets. Prices may change without notice.
• The checkout price reflects real-time metal price plus applicable making charges and taxes.
• For bulk or high-value orders, locked pricing may be arranged through customer support.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content including text, images, logos, designs, and product listings are the intellectual property of Qazi Jewellers.
• Unauthorized reproduction, reuse, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Account Responsibilities
