- Each item’s purity and weight is verified prior to shipment and noted on the invoice.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing is linked with current bullion market rates and is subject to change at any time without notice.
- We accept payments through bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and secure online payment gateways.
5. Order Processing & Cancellations
- Once your order is placed, a confirmation is sent via SMS or email.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days if payment was made.
6. Custom & Personalized Orders
- Custom-made items (including engraving, resizing, or personalized designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Advance payment may be required. Final approval will be taken before dispatch.
7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused, unworn, and undamaged items only.
- Exchange is available only in case of manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Custom-made, discounted, altered, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days; standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
- Tracking information is shared via SMS/email once shipped.
- We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses.
9. Live Pricing Disclaimer
- Gold and silver rates are dynamic and tied to international markets. Prices may change without notice.
- The checkout price reflects real-time metal price plus applicable making charges and taxes.
- For bulk or high-value orders, locked pricing may be arranged through customer support.
10. Intellectual Property
