Pakistan: We offer FREE nationwide shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
International: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at the time of checkout or order inquiry. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes applicable in their respective countries.
2. Order Processing Timeline
- In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized / Made-to-Order Items: Processing time is 10–14 working days for production before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Local Cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
- International Orders: Estimated timeline will be provided at the time of confirmation based on destination country.
4. Courier & Logistics Partners
We partner with reputed courier companies such as TCS, Leopard Courier, Call Courier, and BlueEx for secure domestic deliveries. International shipping providers may vary based on destination and delivery requirements.
5. Shipping Insurance
All parcels are insured to ensure the safety of your precious items during transit. In case of loss, theft, or damage, compensation will be processed according to the terms of the insurance provider.
6. Tracking Information
After dispatch, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. These details can be used to track the order on the courier’s official website.
7. Shipping Charges
- Pakistan: Free shipping nationwide.
- International: Charges are based on product weight, value, and delivery location. Charges will be provided before order confirmation.
8. Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders below PKR 70,000.
- 50% Advance + 50% COD: Required for orders above PKR 70,000.
- 100% Advance Bank Transfer: Available for all orders for quick processing and dispatch.
- JazzCash / Easypaisa: Accepted for full advance payments.
9. Delivery Guidelines
Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. In case of visible tampering, damage, or wrong shipment, customers may refuse delivery and notify us immediately for prompt resolution.
10. Delays and External Factors
Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We will do our best to inform you in case of any significant delays.
