Refund & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day window for both refunds and exchanges. You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- If your request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and offer a full refund or exchange based on the situation.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only if the item meets eligibility requirements. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Process
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
- If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us immediately.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service to ensure safe return.
